Service Guarantee
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your hair. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment. We are committed to working with you to achieve the results you desire.
No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns or are unhappy with the outcome, we are more than willing to make adjustments or provide additional services to correct or enhance the result.
Adjustment Requests
To ensure the best possible outcome, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment if you need any adjustments. We will arrange a follow-up appointment to address any concerns you may have.
Communication
Clear communication is essential for achieving the desired results. Please discuss your expectations and preferences with your stylist before starting your service. This helps us understand your vision and work towards meeting your needs.
No-Shows and Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.
No Shows are responsible for 100% of the amount scheduled, and will be charged.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of amount scheduled.
